Builders in Mere

Building to a Standard That Lasts

Mere is one of Cheshire's most sought-after addresses and the homes here reflect it. Generous plots, fine detailing and owners who quite rightly expect work to be finished to a high standard. That suits us well. We've built our name on taking on ambitious projects and seeing them through with real care, be it a substantial extension, a full renovation or a home built from the ground up.

We'll always start with a conversation. Before any plans are drawn or figures discussed, we want to understand what you're picturing and give you an honest view of how to achieve it. It's your home and the finished work should reflect your taste rather than ours.

Small things make all the difference

It's the Details That Set a Home Apart

The way materials sit together, the quality of a staircase, joinery made to fit the room rather than the room made to fit the joinery. Getting all of that right is where more than thirty years of experience truly counts.

Because we craft our own joinery in-house, we're never limited by whatever a supplier happens to stock. Hardwood frames, bespoke cabinetry, fine finishes, all made in our own workshop and fitted by the same team on site.

Why the Right Team Matters

Experience That Shows

Over thirty years of building work across Mere, Knutsford and Cheshire, delivered by a close-knit family team. It's the kind of experience you notice in the finish and feel in how calmly the whole project runs.

Bespoke Joinery, Made In-House

Everything from oak framing to fitted cabinetry is crafted in our own workshop and installed by the same hands that made it. No compromises, and nothing left to chance between trades.

At Home With Fine Properties

We understand the character and the expectations of homes in this corner of Cheshire, and what it takes to build or extend one to a standard that stands the test of time.

Dealing Directly With Us

When you get in touch, you speak to Mark or Steven, the brothers behind every project. No sales team, no middlemen. The people you meet at the outset are the people who deliver the work.
