Rosedale started life back in 1996, when Mark founded the business as Rosedale Joinery. What began as a joinery company gradually grew into something much bigger; a full construction business with a reputation for quality that speaks for itself.

These days, son Steven heads up the day-to-day running of things. But Mark hasn't gone far. He's set up his own joinery workshop where he crafts bespoke pieces exclusively for Rosedale projects, so that same attention to detail and love of the craft that started everything is still very much at the heart of what we do.

Both Mark and Steven are time-served joiners. That matters, because it means the people leading your project genuinely understand every aspect of it. Not just the big picture, but the finer details that make the difference between a good finish and a great one.

A business is only as good as the people in it. And we're lucky to have some of the best.
